Cheap hotel rooms, nothing wrong with it. Fairly clean and bed was comfy. Not for a luxurious stay but works well if you're attending a festival or something of the sorts.

Best stay off our trip. Comfy and clean. Well stocked, and well staffed. Very friendly and curtious. Due to covid-19 concerns they do not offer public amenities like their, gym,public restrooms, or the continental breakfast. However they do try. They set up tables at thr front desk with coffee, and also offer orange juice. For food it's mainly pastries, uncooked finger foods. Can't tell you any more about it never really eat that stuff anyway. There was a shoneys two blocks north of the room on the scene side of the street. The room itself was very well maintained and taken care of. Bed was clean and comfortable lots of good pillows. And was in no real rush to get rid of you exactly at checkout time. Witch if your still there at 11.30 your just being a jerk anyway. Pay to stay keep it nice for everyone. The cleaning crew were really nice and hard working. They took no shortcuts. They seemed genuinely concerned about public safety as well as co/worker safety. I'd gladly stay with them again.

Pleasantly surprised how neat and clean the rooms were. The price is usually $30 cheaper than The Laquinta that's located right across the street. I give this place 5 🌟 which I rarely do because the staff is wonderful! One time I left my Driver's license in the room after I had checked out and in route to the airport. The front desk clerk immediately called me once the house keeper turned it in. It was know way I would have been able to catch my flight if they wouldn't reached out to me. Of course I left a Special Thanks along with a tip.

Don't go by those bad reviews. We are here for 2 nights and the room is perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better.

We stayed here from 7/13 till today, 7/17. We came in town for the 2017 Chicago Open Air, needed something simple, convenient and fairly priced. My bf smokes, so we stayed in a smoking king room. So yes, the room smelled of smoke, duh. The room was decent and served our purposes adequately. The bathroom was small and the shower rod looked like it was not put back up correctly, which made the curtain not stay closed but honestly? We didn't care, we just needed a place to crash in between festival days. Room came with a desk, bed, chair, heating and cooling unit, mini fridge and microwave. And had a flat screen tv. We would recommend. And would stay there again.

Ok budget place, room is clean bed is made. Check out is 11am. The Hotel provided a good room and the hotel provided hotel service and did what it was supposed to do as a business. Additionally I added a photo of the room. It was very nice and clean. Good place to stay and i was able to check in late evening no reservation. 1) The only complaint is There was very heavy odor from the mop water used for the lobby. That’s all. 2) Vending machines soda cans are a bit too high (two dollars) but it could be a solo contractor’s machines who set the prices.

I absolutely love this hotel! From the room to the location to the customer service! I was treated like I was at the Hilton! Norman the young man at the front desk has a heart of gold! Always pleasant and made my stay much more enjoyable by his positive energy! He is so hard working and deserves a raise! He has been the nicest person I ever encountered while staying at a hotel and for that reason alone I will always come here when I need a hotel to stay at. He made me feel so comfortable and helped with anything I needed. Now for my room. It was super clean and cozy. I slept like a baby! Beds were SO comfortable!! They are newly remodeled rooms so for the price you better snatch one and come here you won’t be disappointed! Right off 55 but you don’t hear a thing! Gas station food and Target right around the corner and down the street you have Bennys shopping and more food. I’m just over all super pleased and it was my pleasure to be a guest here. This hotel is a hidden gem!!! Its very very clean, modern, the room ive been in is all remodeled . IIts like brand new.. Floors are very nice no carpet which is a huge plus, Beds and pillows are super comfy. I sleep great here... Nice desk area, microwave, fridge with little freezer. Even the heater/ ac is new in the room. All the staff are very nice and make you feel at home . Thank you for that 😊 This is my go to hotel in area. I've been to many hotels and for the price and what you get here you won't find anywhere else in chicago area. I've been very happy everytime I've stay here.. Hghly recommend. A+++

If you are looking for a clean room, quiet environment, smoking or completely nonsmoking room with a nice refrigerator, microwave and very comfortable mattress, this is your best option. I am a traveling nurse and when I am in the Willowbrook area, I know where to relax . By the way, the coffee is good too. The staff is professional and very attentive to all your needs. I will make this place a favorite 💯👍🏾
